PROTECTION OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTION DATA

COMPLAINTS POLICY

If you purchased goods from the online store, please check the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. If visible damage is present (torn packaging or dents), the package should not be accepted. In such cases, please contact us by phone at +381 11 36 60 495 or by email at prodajalosion@prolombanja.com. We will inform you of further steps as soon as possible.

If you receive the package and, after opening it, determine that the delivered goods do not match the ordered items or that invoice information is incorrect, please contact us no later than 24 hours from receipt of the package.

If defects appear on the purchased product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, please contact us. We will respond to your complaint in writing or electronically as soon as possible, and no later than 15 days from receipt of the complaint. The deadline for resolving complaints is 15 days from the date of submission.

In the case of returning goods that were previously paid for in cash on delivery, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

REFUND POLICY

In the event of a return and refund to a customer who previously paid by payment card, whether partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, the Special Hospital for Rehabilitation “Prolom Banja” is obliged to process refunds exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, and Dinacard payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the merchant’s request, refund the funds to the customer’s payment card account.

DELIVERY OF GOODS AND KNOWN LIMITATIONS

As each country defines its own laws regarding the trade of goods and services, it is possible that, independently of us, certain services may charge additional costs for our goods and services (shipping fees, package opening and inspection fees, customs duties, redelivery, change of delivery address, etc.).
It is recommended to check whether there are any specific restrictions for the country from which the order is placed. All such costs are borne by the customer.

MERCHANT PROTECTION DUE TO EXCHANGE RATE DIFFERENCES

All payments are made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). For informational price displays in other currencies, the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations or your issuing bank, which may not be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result, a slight difference may occur between the original price displayed on our website and the amount shown on your bank statement. Thank you for your understanding.

PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS

Payment by card

If you choose to pay by payment card, during the ordering process you will be automatically redirected to the website of OTP Banka Srbija a.d. Novi Sad, which processes online card payments in cooperation with VPOS SIA. Payments are possible using VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and Dinacard cards.

On the VPOS SIA portal, you will be required to enter the following information: card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, and CVV code (card verification value), which is usually printed on the back of the card. After entering the card number (which may be displayed in full or only the last four digits), a special verification code appears, usually consisting of three digits (or four digits for some cards). This is your CVV code.

The bank verifies your card and available funds and, if the conditions for payment are met, reserves the amount of the order on your account. Upon successful reservation, you will automatically receive an email with all order and transaction details. After completing payment on the OTP Banka Srbija website, you will be redirected back to https://prolombanja.com, where the purchase is finalized.

Anyone who abuses this website by posting unwanted content, defamatory comments, or similar material may be denied access.
