In an ambiance created for real hedonists, on the second level of the Prolom Banja Wellness Centre, Wellness LUX content is found: Bio-sauna, Infrared sauna, Prolom Sea, Salt Room, Steam bath, Tepidarium, with all content from the Wellness Centre first level. Fruit basket, relaxing music and peace – Your body will thank you.
For keeping peace and quite, children under 15 years are not allowed in Wellness Lux after 3 p.m.
Saunas
Bio-sauna
Air temperature in the sauna is between 55 °C and 60 °C, while air humidity is 35-50 %, which is beneficial for the body and opens pores. It is intended for persons particularly sensitive to high temperatures for whom it is harder tolerate Finnish sauna high temperatures.
Infrared sauna
Temperature in Infrared sauna is from 50 °C to 60 °C, while recommended stay is from 20 to 30 minutes. Infrared light penetrates deeply into our joints, skin, muscles and tissue, improving blood circulation and better oxygen supply of our tissue and body.
Prolom Sea
We have combined unique Prolom Water composition with the benefits of salt sea water and made Prolom Sea just for you. Water temperature is from 33 °C to 35 °C. Prolom Water in combination with sea salt has positive effect on skin and regenerates the body, while stay in the water releases the body from tension and stress.
Salt Room
One of the oldest forms of air therapy was modelled on the salt caves and healing effect on health and respiratory system. Halogenerator grinds salt into microscopic particles and releases them into the dry, saturated air of the room, thus creating the desirable micro climate in the room. The temperature in the room is from 18 °C to 25 °C, while the air humidity is 40-60 %. Recommended stay is up to 20 minutes, both for children and adults.
Kneipp Path
Kneipp Path is a hot and cold alternating bath for legs and feet, 20-40 cm deep. The temperature of cold water is approximately 20 °C and of hot water approximately 50 °C. The bottom is covered with polished smaller and bigger pebbles. The 15-minute passage through water stimulates foot reflex zones and blood circulation.
Relax zone with Tepidarium
In a quiet room with loungers heated from 37 °C to 39 °C, your body is heated up to the temperature ideal for relaxation, but not overheated. Big glass windows with nature view create an atmosphere ideal for releasing stress and creating inner balance.
