Recommendations for drinking Prolom water
In the course of decades of monitoring the effects of oral consumption of Prolom water, the spa doctors and associates of Prolom Spa found that daily dynamics, temperatures and the way of drinking it have a certain influence on some conditions.
Every visitor to Prolom Spa, regardless of the immediate reason for staying in it, is advised to take 200-400ml (1-2 glasses) in the morning on an empty stomach and 200ml (1 glass) of lukewarm or cooled Prolom water in the evening just before going to bed. Enter the rest of the daily amount depending on the body’s needs, i.e. thirst.
- If the user practices morning exercises near the spring during his stay in the spa, he needs to drink 100-200ml of Prolom water during and immediately after the exercise.
- During the walk along the health paths of Prolom Spa, it is necessary to take 100-200ml of Prolom water every 15-20 minutes.
People who have calculus and/or inflammation of the kidneys and urinary tract, gout and diabetes, are recommended to continuously soak in at least 3-4 liters of lukewarm Prolom water daily with appropriate physical activity recommended by the spa doctors.
People with skin diseases are recommended to continuously consume at least 2.5-3 liters of lukewarm Prolom water daily in order to hydrate the skin and restore the elasticity and vitality of the skin.
People with increased stomach acid and heartburn are recommended to take 200-400ml of lukewarm spring or bottled Prolom water, 60 minutes before and 60 minutes after each main meal. It should be drunk quickly and in large sips.
People with reduced stomach acid and the so-called with hypoacid inflammation of the stomach and intestines, it is recommended to take 200-400ml of well-cooled water, 30 minutes before each main meal. It should be drunk slowly in small sips (drinking one glass takes 5-10 minutes).
